NAME... Captain Simon Silverbeard [& Bird]
AGE... 10 Seasons
GENDER... Male
YEAR CREATED... year one
SEASON CREATED... summer
SPECIES... Canadian Lynx
APPEARANCE...A large wild canadian lynx, with silver fur, although it has recently tanned. His fur is a mixture of both browns and greys, with lighty checkered spots appearing on his coat. Smelling of sea-salt and spray, the captain, although retired, remainsfierce and steady in his age. Taking on the appearence of a pirate in memory of his journey, Silverbeard wears a caught eyepatch around his right eye, his head covered by a rich blue and red bandana, which allows his tufted ears to make an appearence. On his left hind leg, clops a wooden peg-leg which he claims he lost to a crocodile. But despite all this, the strangest part of his appearence is the small cat that sits between his shoulder blades and repeats every word he says.
PERSONALITY...
Silverbeard is a foreigner, and demonstrates a thick, strange accent from it. Cold like the frigid tundras, Simon rarely shows compassion to other creatures, the tell-tale sign he has a heart is the companion Bird. Sharp like an icicle, Simon is known for his tongue and mouthing off to cats twice his size. He has bravery, courage and intellect, despite being his disabled position and don't let him hear you such a thing. Wise with his surroundings and street-smart it's exetremely hard to keep this lynx down and out after the kill.
HISTORY...Silverbeard came from the shores of a land faraway. He traveled through swamps and and mountains, having recently arrived on a ship from a colder, more frigid atmosphere. He had hopes that arriving at a more tropical location would better in his chances of his survival. Instead he was treated with hot weather which he did not enoy. Captain once had a wonderful mate, by the name of Rora. But he lost on the journey on the way here, which let him to a small bout of depression. It was during this slight walk of depression he came across a small kit half drowing in the ocean. Swimming out, he pulled the kitten from the water. He treated it with the little food and water before leaving it on his own. Or so he thought. The kitten had started to follow him around, quiet at first before copying every word from his mouth and copying the songs from birds.
